Through the FSH Nonprofit Partnership, we advance the movement of Transformational Leadership by providing resources and scholarships to individuals, organizations, and countries that might otherwise be prevented from accessing this training—both domestically and around the world.

How are we funded?
Partnerships
Contribution Investments come from partners, clients, trainers, and alumni. We are grateful for this growing Global TL Community.
The foundation contributions are directed in several ways:
- Scholarships for our Live TL training events / TLOD for resource challenged individuals, organizations and regions around the world.
- Providing access to TL On Demand (TLOD) with under-resourced organizations, and in emerging countries around the world.
We never want finances to be a reason why anyone wouldn’t attend a live TL Training.
Launching and partnering with emerging countries:
- We send TL trainers to partnering countries around the world
- We implement our TL Strategic Plan with identified leaders in those countries
- We strive to sustain a long-term vision that leads to autonomy and replication
