Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Latondra spent a decade in the corporate mortgage banking industry, working in regulatory compliance and sales administration. That experience shaped her approach to leadership. This approach values both precision and performance, while recognizing that sustainable results are built through trust, accountability, and consistent leadership behavior. Today, as co-founder of Kingdom REACH Leadership®, she equips executives, business owners, and teams to build aligned, high-performing cultures grounded in both structure and strong leadership dynamics.
Her influence extends beyond the business environment. As co-founder of Spirit & Truth Global, a global discipleship ministry she leads with her husband, Latondra is committed to discipling believers and equipping them to be and do what they have been called to do. She also previously served as co-president of the Central Florida Christian Chamber of Commerce, where she supported and advised leaders across a wide range of industries throughout 11 counties.
Latondra holds a Bachelor of Science from Jacksonville State University and a Master of Theological Studies from Beeson Divinity School. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, she now lives in the Orlando, Florida area with her husband, Bristan, and their two daughters. A veteran homeschooling mother, she brings a practical, real-world lens to leadership and is known for challenging the status quo when conventional approaches fall short.
