Daniel P. McNeil is the Chief Operating Officer of Ford Taylor’s Transformational Leadership.
Dan has a twenty year history of leading and consulting organizations with the TL Leadership and Transformational Management tools and concepts, where he helps organizations and senior leaders turn values-driven purpose into sustained performance. He brings extensive executive experience spanning operations, strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
As one of Ford Taylor’s first business consulting Clients. Dan led his original company (Apex Restoration) through a 6x revenue and 10X profit growth in a two year period by incorporating the TL process. Dan has grown and sold many of his organizations and helped consulting clients to significantly increase the value of their organizations and guide them through the process of capitalizing on their value or passing along the organization from generation to generation.
