This two-day workshop will delve into the TL concepts of the dynamics, management and acceptance of change, communication, conflict resolution, alignment on behavior/expectations within a team or organization, and more. We'll also address the importance of team members being in clear alignment and how to provide clarity and accountability around those accepted behaviors and practices.

Participants will leave with practical tools to put these concepts to work in their daily lives, both inside and outside of their work environment.
